HOUSTON, TX. August 22, 2026. Acumen is generally available today at tryacumen.ai. The AI sales and support agent that reads visitor intent, scores every lead in real time, and hands the CRM a sales-ready record is now open to any company, with no application and no waiting list.
We opened a public beta on July 14, 2026 and read every application by hand. That period is closed. Signup is self serve: choose a plan, install one script, and the agent is answering on the site in about 10 minutes. Signal and Pipeline both begin with a 14 day free trial.
Flat monthly pricing, never per conversation
Signal is $149 a month, Pipeline is $449, and Command is $1,999. Portfolio, for multi-brand groups, is quoted. Annual billing takes 10 percent off the monthly rate. The conversation number on each plan is a fair use ceiling, not a meter: we do not bill per conversation, per resolution, or per credit, and crossing the ceiling starts an upgrade conversation instead of a charge.
Founding rates, locked for life
Any account that subscribes through December 31, 2026 keeps the rate it signed up at for as long as the subscription stays active. List prices rise in January 2027, and founding subscribers do not move with them.
Usage pricing punishes the one thing we want a customer to do, which is let more visitors talk to us. A flat monthly number means a good month on the website is just a good month, not a bigger invoice.
Acumen embeds on a company’s website with a single script. It classifies intent on every message, scores each lead from 0 to 100 as the conversation moves, and syncs a complete record to HubSpot, Salesforce, and GoHighLevel, or to any system by webhook: intent tier, topics discussed, sentiment, an AI-written summary, and a link to the full transcript. Visitors can speak with the agent naturally, speech to speech, or switch to text at any point, and anyone on the team can take over a live conversation from the console.
The trial runs on the real product rather than a sandbox, and the plan pages state every limit before a card is entered. We still publish no customer logos and no case studies. The first ones we publish will be named, measured, and agreed to by the customer.
